The MLG Spring Championships at Anaheim, CA marks the 2012 debut of League of Legends on the Pro Circuit.  When you tune in to the Spring Championship starting at 5pm PT on June 8, you might not know what to expect. The answer? More than you can imagine.

Twenty-one of the world's top teams will be fighting it out for $40,000 and Riot’s Season 2 rank points. The teams will play in soundproof booths on the Main Stage in front of a massive live audience.  Featuring over 35 Best-of-Three matches , the four HD channels of League of Legends action will be cast by by PhreakRivingtonJoe MillerJattStudio, and Dan Dinh. All matches of the tournament will be broadcast.

The event will be a double elimination tournament with Winners and Losers Brackets. The teams seeded 1-11 will be starting in Winners Round 2. Teams seeded 12-21 will begin in Winners Round 1. For more details about seeding and the event format in general, please see the official Event Format.
