We’re pleased to announce an exciting new format for the Starcraft II Summer Arena.  Like Spring Arena 2, the highest seeded Players will be able to choose their Winners Round 1 opponents.  New to the format this season is the fact that all 32 Players will be broken up into two separate Double Elimination Brackets.  The Brackets will progress until only one Player is left in each Bracket.  Those two Players will then compete for the Summer Arena Title in a Best-of-7 Games Final.

The highest seeded Players will be those who earned their spot in Anaheim.  That means Alicia will be first to choose his opponent when selection starts this weekend. Stay tuned; we'll be announcing the Winners Round 1 matchups early next week.
