Congratulations to Censored, the champion of the Dallas FFA event. After placing consistently in the round-robin portion of the competition against some of the strongest FFA players in the world, Censored battled his way into first place in the championship match.

Factor was in the mix until the end

While some of the top players in the FFA event have been known to completely take over a game, the Championship Match in Dallas allowed for no such domination. Naded was the first to the 10-kill mark, with Factor and Pistola nipping at his heels. Factor grabbed the lead at 15 kills, but by the time most of the competitors broke into the 20s, no fewer than six players had held the lead. With so much back and forth slaying, fans in the arena could not tell which screens to watch and did their best to follow all of the action at once.

As time wound down, three players began to pull away from the rest of the pack. Neighbor, Factor and Censored all tied for the lead in the late 40s and traded control of the first place spot for the final few minutes. With just seconds to go, it appeared Neighbor would be our Dallas FFA champion, grabbing the lead at 56. Unfortunately for Neighbor, he died with about 13 seconds to go and Censor tied the game. Neighbor respawned but was unable to find a target and score another kill before time expired. With Neighbor and Censored tied at 56 kills apiece, the champion was determined by the number of deaths. With just 41 deaths against him, Censored earned the first-place prize and goes home with $2,000 for his efforts.

Neighbor tied for first in kills, but lost on tiebreakers
